Forget about it

I've started working on Illustration Friday's theme "flight" two times already and I refuse to go any further. First I drew a flapper girl sitting on a bumble bee -- bad. Then I started on a bumble bee in heels -- worse. I got a book on handwriting analysis today in the post* so I'm throwing in the towel and going to go read in bed. Marvelous.

* I realized today that I intersperse German/Swiss German words when speaking English -- hence I went to the apotheke today, not the pharmacy. And I no longer say I'm getting the mail, instead I'm getting the post, which fortunately is the same but never escaped my lips until I lived in Switzerland.
